Our Year in the Life Program is an innovative online program especially for managers who want to take their teams to continually higher levels of performance.
Eligible participants:
1. Are currently managing others and often must deliver on deadline driven projects
2. Have been managing for at least six months
3. Are willing to invest four hours a month in online training and group coaching as well as complete homework assignments each month to develop their staff's performance.
4. Able to enlist the support and participation of their manager who will also be enrolled in a kickoff and three sessions (eight hours total online over course of one year).
Cost of the program includes:
- Pre and Post program 360 assessment ($740 value)
- 12 two-hour webinars
- 12 two-hour small group coaching sessions
- Monthly assignments that will challenge both you and your team
- A kickoff and three special sessions for your manager plus monthly email updates to help him/her understand and support your participation in the program
- Practical tools to enhance the performance of you and your team

Companies that register 10 or more participants receive an additional $500 off per participant.
