The Art of Alignment Online (AoA Online) is a software platform to support project managers in leading alignment sessions. AoA online will help project managers to initiate, automate, track, and document alignment sessions they conduct with their teams. AoA Online also serves as a team collaboration tool to collect feedback and support virtual decision making. The AoA dashboard will also surface key insights that enable you to measure and improve the speed and quality of alignment on key business initiatives.
