Fire Up Your Team with Alignment

Once you have identified misalignments in your company and set the intention to resolve them, it can be hard to decide where to start.

It can be helpful to define not only what you want to achieve but also how you want to achieve it such that you use every business challenge as an opportunity to create a more productive and positive team.

What are some of the behaviors you want to take hold?

Is it employee engagement?

Better decision making?

Accountability?

Whatever it is, The Art of Alignment is a sure way to reach your business outcomes while creating the work environment you are looking for.

When you set direction, clarify the desired business outcomes for your employees, not the steps to achieve it so they are empowered to figure it out themselves. Then introduce them to alignment practices so that they bring forward integrated plans of action.

Share a clear picture of what needs to be achieved and why it matters with all team members, and use the 4 Steps of Alignment to make sure they really get it. Be sure to leave room for people to work with you co-creatively to figure out how to get the work done including asking them to propose how they will contribute towards the desired outcomes.

We are excited to announce the launch of our new 8 Week Aligned Leader Program in February 2023 and would love to invite you to be a part of it.
